Our Return Philosophy

Because our pieces are made-to-order and hand-finished, we encourage you to make thoughtful purchases. This helps us reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and maintain the integrity of our slow-fashion values.

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in case of a damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or a fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@shopmecha.com or whatsapp us at +15513581815.

Mécha reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if it does not meet the requirements. Once the item is returned to us (in the original packaging with tags intact), the brand will ship out the replacement.

We do offer a credit note which shall be issued to you and needs to be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Our artisans begin working on your piece immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, Mécha will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
