Yes. Every motif is placed by hand—one bead, one sequin, one thread at a time—by heritage artisans whose craft is honed over decades.
Will my piece be identical to the one photographed?
No two Mécha pieces are ever completely alike. Subtle variances are the signature of true handwork and the essence of exclusivity.

How long does shipping take?
Our order usually takes 3-4 weeks in shipping depending on the product. For more details please refer to our shipping and delivery .If the certain piece is in stock with the company, we offer next day shipping as well. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our pieces are made-to-order and hand-finished, we encourage you to make thoughtful purchases. This helps us reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and maintain the integrity of our slow-fashion values.
As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in case of a damaged product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or a fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@shopmecha.com or whatsapp us at +15513581815.
Mécha reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if it does not meet the requirements. Once the item is returned to us (in the original packaging with tags intact), the brand will ship out the replacement.
We do offer a credit note which shall be issued to you and needs to be used within 12 months from the date of issue

How should I care for embellished garments?
Professional dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid friction, perfume contact, and direct heat on handcrafted detailing.
Will embellishments remain secure?
Each element is hand-reinforced. However, due to the artisanal nature, occasional bead or thread shedding is normal.

Printing
We use GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards) certified ink to digitally print on all fabrics used in our garments .our Inkjet textile printing system is a global environmentally friendly printing technology which uses less power and reduces waste and CO2 emissions ,in comparison to other printing methods.
Packaging
Mécha is a plastic free brand ! our packaging ,including courier boxes ,wrapping paper and tags are made from 100% natural materials
Each garment is secured with couture-grade packaging designed to protect embellishment and craftsmanship.
